We find that "If it feels too uncomfortable and extreme outside for us, then it is generally uncomfortable for your dog as well"
We want your dog to have a great visit and outdoor adventure for as long as they can handle happily and comfortably. Whether that visit calls for a shorter walk or just a potty break, that depends on them and the safety of our handlers, we will watch for cues and signals and adjust as needed. Extreme temperatures on either side of the thermometer can be exhausting to participate in all day. We try our very best on each visit, and we know as Albertans, our weather changes every 5 minutes.
You can be sure that your dog is safe and happy, we get to know them and what they can handle and prefer. We even have some tricks up our sleeve to get the essentials down to make sure we leave them feeling happy and relieved and always give them extra time indoors if necessary to work on brain, scent games, massages and/or cuddles.
We will always keep you informed on how they did and only charge you for the length of service that we can provide for them.
We follow any weather advisory guidelines given the City of Airdrie, Calgary and Environment Canada and follow recommendations from THE CALGARY HUMANE SOCIETY
