We choose weather friendly outdoor enrichment that is at your dogs pace. Our goal is not to tire or wear out your dog.

Our philosophy is to support, educate and coach our clients through our collective services.

We offer much more than ‘dog walking’ and meet your dog where they are in their learning.

We schedule our daily route putting first our clients’ needs while also planning for effective travel. We set up a suitable time window and your future visits are will be in your client portal.

  • Generally, most clients require our services weekdays between 10am and 2pm to split their work days. We also assist with casual shift work schedules or when a visit outside of our regular weekday hours is needed.

These custom visits are scheduled for a time that works mutually and require a separate trip with additional travel costs & time. Availability is limited and we cannot commit to regular weekend visit requests.

  • It is completely understandable that it can be unnerving for your dogs to have a brand new person suddenly come into your home unannounced.

Sometimes it takes a bit of time before they recognize our team is here for all the fun and a much-anticipated stretch and potty break.

We set up positive initial introduction sessions to build and create long term success for our clients needing pet services.

Your dogs need to consent to our touch and handling to harness up for walks and dress them for harsher weather. Clients also need support with alone training, kenneling or anything else while out of the home.

Let’s plan these initially while you are home. This will facilitate a relationship of mutual trust and allow them to feel comfortable for the necessary basics of our visits.

Our team will follow a slow, consensual process to select, introduce and bridge our team handlers to our new dogs.

  • Let’s work together to help you achieve that!

It is important that of our team handlers are well matched and can manage your dog safely on their own.

Our goal is to help your dog learn to walk politely on leash and enjoy their neighborhood stroll. We work hard to gain their trust, get to know them and give time to decompress and settle in to the routine.

We continually assess their skills and adjust our services and routine as we see concerning behaviors.

We believe in open, honest communication, zero judgement and investing in a trusting relationship with our clients. This also means knowing when its time to switch things up for learning to happen.

If we find your dog's unique needs do not match our teams' skillsets, we offer training walks, drop in classes in Airdrie and Calgary, and private coaching with our certified trainer and behavior consultant to help you reach your goals.

  • This really depends! We need to ensure that our team members can safely manage them together while creating an environment that allows your dogs’ to enjoy themselves and still learn as individuals.

Our clients all have varying needs, we offer assessments and create a visit that works for you.

If they are too strong to walk together or have completely different exercise needs, we find success in splitting their visit time for a private walk and short one on one session so they each get that full attention they deserve.

The goal is for your dogs' to develop life skills that we continue to build on. We want you to enjoy walking them both too!
